Red Hat Queen Adora Ose

Red Hat Queen Adora Ose, age 90.

Mom's good friends, the Red Hat Ladies of Belview, Minnesota, asked her to be their queen in the last Old Sod Days parade.

Mom said it was cold, but good thing she had a nice red coat to keep her warm. (Mom has lots of nice coats...)

She also has on one of her favorite red hats from her red hat collection. Mike & Susie were always picking up another special red hat for her on their many trips.

During the parade, Adora Ose heard many yells, "Hi, Adora!" or "Hi, Grandma!" Her grand daughter, Kimberly Ose was chosen as Homecoming Queen from Echo school and was also in the parade. Naturally, the two queens had to have their photo taken together!

Mom's had two very special red hat parties on her lawn. Mike especially worked hard getting everything in tip-top shape for her first lawn party.
