I still can't believe this has happened. I am deeply saddened and overwhelmed with a feeling of emptiness. To me Mike was a role model, a friend and a father. He raised me as his own and taught me not only to have values and morals but how to be a good person. I miss him dearly. I only hope that I can be half the person he was.

Thank you, Kristy, for being such a big part of Mike's life. I know he loved you as his own daughter and John as a son.

He sure appreciated all those chicken suppers you delivered too:)

I was so glad to have a chance to talk with John at the visitation and was hoping Mark could meet him. Maybe another time they can get acquainted.

Your mom and my mom will need you guys now, more than ever, so thanks for checking in with them from time to time.
