Mikimoto akoya pearl earrings from the "Everything is Possible with Hope" collection retail for $3,000, and 50 percent of proceeds benefit the Young Survival Coalition, a nonprofit network dedicated to addressing the needs of young women affected by breast cancer. The earrings feature pink sapphire and colorless diamonds set in 18-karat white gold.
