Analysis: Texicans and how a Hispanic Advertising Agency Markets to them

Portada recently published a feature article about whether Mexican firms should advertise more in the Hispanic market. Texas epitomizes the strong relationship between Mexico and the U.S. Portada interviewed Octavio Orozco, VP General Manager of VRTCCOM, an agency that just opened an office in Houston and manages advertising and media for two major Mexican brands: Mexicana and Maseca. Portada: Should Mexican companies see Texas as a natural extension of their markets (due to the high brand equity their companies have among Hispanics in Texas)?
