I met Michael, the father, at the airport in Amsterdam and later met Vera, the mother, in Los Angeles.

Sarah and I visited this happy family in Prague in 2002 (you'll love these newspaper curlers) and Vera also has graced our home in Iowa with her joyful presence.

These kids are fantastic artists....unbelievable, really, especially in their ability to reproduce a person's likeness. So remarkable at their young age.
