Adora Ose, 90, in Favorite 1950's Dress

Mom has always "watched her figure" and made a conscious effort to never get "fat". Well, here her life long goal of looking like a glam gal is proof that here hard work has paid big dividends.

Her favorite red dress from the 1950's still "fits her like a glove"! And she's 90 now! That means that she's had that dress for about sixty years and her figure is the same as when she was thirty!

I wonder how many ladies can say the same?

Even Queen Elizabeth has gradually and slowly increased her waste line over the many years as reigning royalty.

At Queen Elizabeth's dress display at Buckingham palace I loved seeing her tiny wasted dresses..."when she was pretty"...as I heard the local British women commenting.

Well...at 90, my mom is still "pretty" with her tiny waste and trim figure.
